The earlier the better! We always recommend our morning tours to have beautiful visibility and a calmer experience with the waves, especially if you’re prone to motion sickness . However, the sea turtles are there all day long so not to worry if you book a later time you will still be able to see lots of tropical fish, sea turtles, and possibly even dolphins on our way out to sea.

There are very strict NOAA rules and regulations that state every individual must remain at least 10 feet from them at all times. This is to respect and not disrupt the animals in their natural habitat also for your own safety.

There is always a chance to see playful spinner dolphins on our tours! We most often see them during our morning tours and more in the summertime on our way out to the desirable snorkel destination.

Note: In Hawai'i, federal law prohibits swimming with, approaching, or remaining within 50 yards of spinner dolphins.

Humpbacks Whales come to Hawaii every winter between the months of December- Early Spring. There is a good chance you will see them if you book with us within these months and it’s an experience you don’t want to miss!

Note : Federal law requires vessels to remain 100 yards away from humpback whales in Hawaii

We have a very strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour with us you must do so 24 hours before your tour time. After this timeframe we will not be able to provide a refund or allow you to reschedule your time. No exceptions.

Note : If we contact you in regards to your booking needing to be canceled due to weather concerns you will be issued a full refund or the ability to reschedule. If you have not received contact from us about cancellation expect your tour to operate and be on time.
